The Blue Bayou is a sit down restaurant that lets you eat inside the bayou of Pirates of the Caribbean. It is an expensive meal, but the ambiance is totally worth it. You will definitely want to make reservations before going to make sure you get a table. Lunch is served from 11:30 am to 3:55 pm and dinner from 4:00 pm to park close. The menu features entrees such as lamb, steak, jambalaya, and the delicious Monte Cristo sandwich. When Fantasmic is operating, Blue Bayou offers a Fantasmic Dining Package with reserved seating for the show.
