Jessie’s Critter Carousel has officially opened in Pixar Pier at Disney California Adventure. It was announced back in 2017 when concept art was released for Pixar Pier.
Pixar Pier opened June 23, 2018 but the carousel wasn’t ready yet. We saw construction progress and it was looking good.
And now, Jessie’s Critter Carousel has officially opened. Guests now have a chance to ride a whimsical snake, armadillo, turtle, bunny or other critter from the world of Woody’s Roundup. Though it is just a carousel, the animals are cute. And now the “a bug’s land” has closed, California Adventure needs attractions that are meant for kids and don’t have height restrictions.
Now we are just waiting on Inside Out Emotional Whirlwind to open later this year for Pixar Pier to be complete.
