2026 Events at Walt Disney World

Seasonal Events at Walt Disney World are frequent, and can be difficult to keep track of. Epcot is constantly running a festival of one kind or anther. Magic Kingdom has separate ticketed events. New attractions come online. You can find information on these scattered through the official website, but there isn't an easily accessible annual calendar to help you plan you visit. To help you plan your visit, we've collected some of the big events of 2026 here. This list includes major attraction reopenings and upgrades, openings for new attractions, and separate ticketed events.

Other

As the year progresses, Disney will make more events available; but this should cover most of the major things we'll see. Keep an eye out for discounts and special offers, too. With several major updates in work (Piston Peak, Villains Land, and Tropical Americas), Disney will be looking for ways to encourage guests to come not, rather than waiting for all the new attractions to debut. Special festivals and minor attractions are a great way for parks to draw in the extra crowds in the "between" years.

This will also be a year that sees theme park attendance stabilize in Florida, as Universal's Epic Universe hits its one year anniversary. This will be our chance to see if there is a pent-up demand for  parks that is now flowing to the park, or if Epic Universe will cannibalize attendance from other parks.
